Becoming a supplier

Thank you for your interest in supplying a product or service to The Warehouse. To be considered as a supplier, please follow the simple steps below:-

1. Read and agree to our General Terms of Trade.  Click here for details.
2. You will need to understand, and agree to comply with, our (factory) Pre-Qualification requirements before any order is placed (dependant on the acceptance of your product submission) - these relate to our Ethical Sourcing standards. Please read and understand these requirements. Click here for details.
3. Only after you have read and understood (1) and (2), and agree to comply with these Terms of Trade, and Pre-Qualification requirements, should you download and complete the New Supplier Submission Form.
   Then scan and email your completed form to [email protected].

Upon receipt of your submission, the relevant Buyer or Category Manager will assess your product for suitability to The Warehouse range and customer base.

Where your product has been selected for ranging in The Warehouse, you will be contacted by the relevant Buyer or Category Manager regarding formalising a Terms of Trade agreement, and collecting Pre-qualification documentation.
