Supplier Collaboration

In the spirit of continuous improvement, we believe that collaborating with our key trading partners, will result in improved understanding and working practices, that will ultimately benefit our customers, and our teams.

If you have registered your email (see Register your Email address page) then you may be invited to take part in a number of initiatives we are progressively rolling out. The objectives of these initiatives are to:

> gain a better understanding of each other's business through 'Way of Working' workshops
> access to and discussion with senior management at TWL
> work collaboratively on opportunities and issues in specific working groups
> be invited to updates/meetings at TWL
> information sharing and reporting

In recent months we have conducted a number of Way of Working workshops, and an Ethical Sourcing and Quality Forum.
